We do not accept returns unless we have specifically requested them. If you are not completely satisfied with your order or something is not right, please contact email@example.com with your order number to tell us about your experience.
If you are waiting for us to contact you about your local delivery order and you have not heard from us within 2 working days of your order being confirmed, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order reference number.
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days from the date of your order, please contact us at email@example.com with your order reference number.
Local delivery is only available for Isle of Wight residents.
If would like your order delivered the same day (today), please contact us via our Facebook Page or by email firstname.lastname@example.org to check todays availability and delivery times before you order.
For orders that are not expected the same day, please place your order on our website and include your preferred delivery date and time on the basket under 'Add a Note to Your Order' (above the 'Checkout' button).
We will do our best to accomodate your preferred date and time, however, due to the number of orders we receive we are unable to guarantee you a particular slot. If we need to rearrange we will contact you via the email address on the order to let you know.
Add a message to your order before adding the product to your basket using the 'Personalised Message' field above the 'Add to basket' button.
Your message will either be handwritten on a card, or printed as received on your order. Remember to check your spelling because we will include your message as you submitted.
We can gift wrap most of our products, or send you the gift wrap items with your order so you can make it yourself. See the available gift wrap options available for each product above the 'Add to basket' button on each product page.
