RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

30-DAY RETURNS

Our online returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return within this period, your item(s) must meet the following criteria:

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN

1. The item(s) must be unopened and/or unused.
2. The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them.
3. The item(s) must be in their original packaging.

RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE REQUIRED

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure you retain your receipt as it serves as essential documentation for the return process.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Please note that this returns policy is specific to online purchases and does not apply to items bought in our physical store locations. For in-store purchases, please refer to the returns and refund policy provided at the time of purchase or contact the respective store for more information.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:
  1. Contact Us: Get in touch with our customer support team to inform us about your intention to return the item(s).

  2. Return Authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which you should clearly mark on the package you are returning.

  3. Packaging: Ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged in their original packaging to prevent any damage during the return process.

  4. Shipping: You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee the safe return of your item(s).

  5. Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. For exchanges, we will process the new item's shipment promptly.

EXCEPTIONS  

Please be aware that certain items are exempt from our standard return policy. These exceptions include perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and items explicitly labelled as non-returnable.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made prior to the picking of your order. If the order has been picked and you wish to still cancel, this will be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 5% of the value of your order (minimum fee of £20 ex VAT). This will be deducted from the value of your refund.
